Who doesn't love Jennifer Lopez? She's got a acting career, a singing career and a great big ass! No real acting career anymore you say? Don't give a crap about her music? Well 1/3 ain't bad...
I'm sure she has had a whole bunch of albums by now. There has to be! I mean I've seen the videos. I can even remember some of the lyrics. Like the one where she's wearing the tight white pants. She sang something about comforting her and what I gotta do to get a piece. I didn’t listen to much cause I know damn well I'm not gonna get a slice. So why did I watch the video then? If you asked yourself such a question you might be:
A) A Female
B) A Homosexual
C) Clueless
So the Question here is who are the videos marketing too? I mean I watched the videos and now I fantasize about her and want to use her butt as a pillow. I guess I'm expected to go pick up her latest album. Just one problem. I don't give a crap about her music!
With that in mind it would seem marketing the videos are pointless right? Wrong! The sexy videos with J'lo shaking her ass and talking about doing "it" with you are actually marketing towards girls.
You guys must be thinking now, "hippie are you telling me dat the girls 'round me want to get wit' Jenny?" ... NO DUMBASS!!! Girls are going buy the music because they like the guys that like Jennifer Lopez. Get it? Jeeze do I got to explain everything to you?
Why do girls wear makeup and perfume? Cause they're ugly and they smell funny. Girls are generally insecure. Worried about how they look. How popular they are. Worrying about who's going to ask them out. Hoping no one notices how they smell. Long story short, put in the nicest way possible, girls are fricken crazy! So where does J'lo and her manufactured pop tunes come into play? It's really quite simple; girls want guys, guys want Jennifer Lopez, girls want to become Jennifer Lopez, girls buy crappy pop music.
Well that explains that! Guys it's all your fault! You inadvertently spawned crappy music. Did you ever think of the consequences of looking at Jenny's ass? I hope your happy with yourself! Now every celebrity, with a big butt, is gonna shake their ass all over to try and hook you and before you know it you guys will be wondering why all the women around you are walking like the got something "all up in it". Well now you know. The girls are crazy because you made them that way. At least all the crazy women aren't worried about how fat their asses are. Fat ass women, also your fault...
So remember next time you look at a nice big celebrity ass consider the consequences of your actions!

Do you want phone companies deciding what you are allowed to do or see on the internet? Perhaps have internet providers slowing connection to some services in favor of other services? Do you want to choose only from services offered by your internet service provider?
These are real threats as the giant phone and cable companies want control over what content you can access and how fast you can access it. Big companies like AT&T, Verizon and BellSouth would like content providers to pay a premium to get faster services.

Until recently Net Neutrality has protected all service providers big and small. In August 2005 the FFC prohibited the major phone companies from discriminating and violating Net Neutrality. At the end of the summer the FCC ruling will be lifted. Currently the big companies are trying to gain control over the internet's content. If that happens content providers such as google, yahoo, youtube or insert your favorite site here _____ could be forced to pay more money to big internet service provides so users can access their servers. It seems to me that the ISPs are already making huge amounts of money from each individual internet subscriber. Annually ISPs are already making about 20 billion from broadband access fees alone.
AT&T cheif Ed Whitacre is quoted as saying in Nov. 7 Business week "Now what they would like to do is use my pipes free, but I ain't gonna let them do that because we have spent this capital and we have to have a return on it. So there is going to have to be some mechanism for these people who use these pipes to pay for the portion their using. Why should they be allowed to use my pipes."
What all this means to content providers is that the bigger companies may have to pay more money to ISPs and smaller content providers could lose their freedom. Big companies like google will take priority over smaller companies not because they are better but because they can afford too. It will no longer be about community and freedom of choice. The all mighty dollar will choose for you.
So what can you do to preserve Net Neutrality? Well for starters you can go to savetheinternet.com or itsournet.org to educate yourself on the events surrounding Net Neutrality. The sites have links to put you in contact with senators and inform you as to their stance on the issue.

As you all know the internet is a series of tubes. It is apparent from the number of people with myspace accounts that everyone is becoming bored. It seems to me that the internet needs a hero. Someone with infinite knowlage. Someone plugged in to the "in the now" lifestyle. Someone to show you the way. Unfortunately I don't know who he is or how to reach him... so to pass the time I'll try to to entertain you.
